To preserve the quality required in an art gallery, every artist's file is studied before acceptance whatever is the formula of chosen exhibition.

The "Galerie de l'Echarpe", is a space splendidly restored, situated in an eighteenth building, right in the heart of the historic center of Toulouse, between the Beautiful Arts and the hotel of Assezat.
It has a seventy square meter exhibition space with its two rooms, and a height four metre ceiling fifty.
A mixed exhibition painting sculpture is ideal considering the volume of the place.

To expose in the premises of the gallery the artists have two possibilities:
· to be registered on the on-line exhibition (monthly subscription from 10 euro)
· to rent the gallery weekly
The "Galerie de l'Echarpe" is proposed to the artists in the rent, for a duration of week minimum.
The help to the installation of the works is assured free of charge
An accompaniment of the artists in their communication is proposed.

A homepage with eight works presented in reduction, a photo of the artist, a text of presentation, a biography, coordinates, links towards other sites, and visitors' book.
by clicking every miniature, it appears a page with the enlarged image, the title and the format of the work, its price, The used technique and all the information which the artist will have wished to add.
by clicking the enlarged image, we engage the procedure of acquisition of the work.
There are no limits among links, but they must be mutual.

On-line sale: functioning of the transaction

The "Galerie de l'Echarpe" proposes, through its web site, works in the sale.
A well defined procedure was organized to enhance reliability of the transaction.
This procedure, by guaranteeing to the customer and to the exhibitor the safety in the transaction contribute In a more confident approach in the on-line sale.
The expedition of the works is assured by the exposing artist.

8 photos (paper, or digital) works which you wish to expose on the site. Clarify for every photo: The title of the work, the used technique and the support, its dimensions, its netto weight.
If you wish to sell on-line, to clarify for every work its price and its weight once packed and the cost of the packaging.
If you are in the habit of working with a carrier to clarify it.
As regards the numeric(digital) photos, the height of photos was have to be lower than 500 pixels ( Or more if there is a recadrage to make) and on no account superior to 1000 pixels.
Register your images in the .JPG format in superior quality what will be completed for the transfer.

Price lists:

Price lists are given TTC. The "Galerie de l'Echarpe" reserves the right to revalue its price lists every year, to take into account the evolution of the prices. The new price lists will be posted in the beginning of every calendar year and the increase will be actual only in the date of the renewal of the contract.
